Nuke Nine’s Vagante features heroes with a bit more character. The heroes of the game have a stronger tie to their vagrant lifestyle than most stories delve into. Roguelike platformer Vagante is now on Kickstarter

In late 2013, Eugene, Kyle and Keo quit their jobs to found Nuke Nine and ever since, then they’ve been working full-time on Vagante, a platforming adventure game with RPG elements. They released a public alpha build last month, which now serves as a demo for a recently launched Kickstarter project. They are looking to secure $50,000 in order to complete development. When I last wrote about Vagante, I called it “Spelunky: The RPG”. Well done, past me!
